I keep getting error: spawn unknown system error -86 at ChildProcess.spawn. How do I get the software to work?

This means you need to install FFmpeg. Please view instructions here on how to install FFmpeg. Then on the homepage, open Settings and scroll down to the System group. Check "Use system FFmpeg", then click Save.
