These terms cover purchases made through the Fractal Video Shufflr website, including subscriptions, free trials, and diamond credit purchases. They are meant to make the checkout terms visible before purchase.
Quick summary: subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, yearly plans bill upfront, free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends, and digital subscriptions or credit purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered except where required by law.
Fractal Video Shufflr offers software access, subscription plans, and digital credit purchases. Access levels, features, and prices are shown on the pricing pages before checkout.
If a free trial is offered, the offer applies only as described on the pricing page or at checkout. A payment method may still be required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan you selected and the corresponding charge is processed automatically.
We may limit free trials by person, device, payment method, or account to prevent abuse.
Diamond purchases are one-time digital credit purchases tied to the email used at checkout. The credits are intended for eligible premium runs and are not a recurring subscription unless the checkout page specifically says you are purchasing a Diamond subscription.
Use the same email at checkout and inside the app so your credits or subscription can be matched correctly.
You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal or any manage-subscription flow we provide. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your access generally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Canceling a subscription does not retroactively reverse charges that have already been processed.
Because Fractal Video Shufflr provides digital software access, subscriptions, and digital credits that may be provisioned immediately after purchase, charges are generally non-refundable once access or credits have been delivered, except where required by law.
We may change pricing, plans, or included features prospectively. Changes do not rewrite charges that were already accepted at checkout for the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the website, checkout flows, promotional offers, trials, or subscription features, including through fraud, account sharing designed to evade limits, or attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
